I can honestly say.I have and would do readings for nothing for those genuinely in need.Now i am retired.
I have already offered to teach metaphysical and past life regressions for free.
There are others like me,I promise.
Please dont mix us all up with the egotistic and business minded who go into this work.Often these people are fakes and think the psychic path,is an easy route to riches.Its not and they will learn this sooner or later.Not every famous face is a genuine clairvoyant. I could say more but wont,lol.

But there will always be greedy people and for some a million pounds would never be enough. However there are some people who would take the reading for free and then go pay for another one.

hi first of all sorry for the long reply i still would not charge i feel very stong about this i work day in day out doing what i do and thats what pays my way nothing esle everyone says you cant work both at once but yes you can you just have to be dedicated to do it. If you set a challange in your mind a goal to reach and never give up then you will finally gain it i did and still work......

hi, agree but there need to be some sort of exchange so it creates a balance. i been doing reading for ages free of charge, but sometimes people can take your gift for granted so becareful you dont drain your energy. love and peace always.x

I went to a spiritural church on Sunday and met a 90 year old lady medium (retired from platform) who still runs two circles, my friend happen to ask her if she did readings and she replyed yes, so my friend ask, how much do you charge? she replied " God gave me this gift, I never charge and never will.
I just wanted to share her words

I myself only charge for petrol money, for when we work, or whatever we are given, by the church or hall that we are working at,
And sometimes you will find, ,that money we are given, doesnt even cover our petrol cost, because quite a few mediums can travel for over 1 and a half hours to a venue,
I was actually asked to do a charity event only last week, and when I told the person running the event, I was only asking for my petrol money, he was shocked, because the last person he had, charged quite a lot
we do this work, because of our love for spirit, but was always told, we still have to put food on our table.

Hi Carl

In this day and age we all have to pay bills unfortunately. In the natural ways, a freewill offering was given to an Elder,or you did chores for them, whatever the agreement was, but in this day and age we have electric, gas , rents/mortgages etc to pay. When you lived in a Tipi, for example, this was not the case, so times have changed drastically, and not always for the better. I would much prefer the natural ways to still be here,believe me!! I do not believe in over charging though, and feel that to be humble and charge a minimal fee is the better way. In fact if I know someone has no money, but is desperate for spiritual guidance, then I don't charge. How can you when someone is so desperate? It has to be done from the heart and I gladly give my services at Psychic suppers and other events, to either help with running costs of a hall, or for charity.

It takes a lot of time to learn how to use the psychic ability, just like a doctor takes a long time to learn to cure people.
If mediums were not mediums, they would be something else. Time spent is money earned, like everyone else. A profession is not a charity whatever the subject.
