I am a psychotherapist who specialises in ME, CFS, PVS and depression. I have a 95% record in helping my patients to achieve healing from these states and all I use is EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques.

Hi Sally,

First, may I suggest you get a check up by a Doctor, since you suffer from depression. If he or she suggests an antidepressant check to see what the side effects are. Some can make you more depressed.

After all that, keep a positive outlook. If you are in a bad relationship get out of it, If your job is bad, get another. Do what you can to change any adverse situations you are currently in. Think positive.......change can be good. If you cannot change your circumstances, change yourself.

If someone gives you a bad time, it is how you react to the insult that counts. Shield yourself. The bad acts belongs to the bad person. You are beautiful...do not act as a recipient for negative behavior. Let the negativity stay with the offender, where it originated from.

I do not know the circumstances of your life or what you are going through at this time, but do what you can to change the situation. Practice positive reinforcement and change your thinking habits. Every second is new, this second slips into the past.........the only lasting affects are the affects it made on you......change them.

I definatly believe in reincarnation, it adds a purpose to life, I believe we learn by experience and therefore come here many times to experience many things. Unless you have personally gone through an experience, you can never be fully empathetic to another being.

We've already been approached to have a screenplay written for a possible movie Nina. Watch this space. Our priority is getting the book published and then we can concentrate on other matters.

Hi all,
I have met people in my life who feel like old friends from the word go. I have also experienced 'Deja vu'. I dont know whether this is to do with past lives but i have an open mind, on the path to spirituality you need this as so many amazing things happen. I have a feeling that, in time, science will explain some of it..... but not all. Life has dealt me many blows, maybe because i am forever enquiring and open but i have also the strength to cope. Sometimes i wonder why me, but i have learnt a lot and still going. Enjoy each day and look through the bad times. I do feel though that life is a series of trials and maybe we have failed these before. We will need to overcome to move on.

yes i agree with you but have you ever suffered from this black hole once you are in it is very difficult to get out so i understand what some people are going through so i send healing for them so they can fine away out of this hole.
I myself have worked with earth magic and my Goddess that is inside me and it is wonderfull feeling and power,i have not forgotten.Every day when i go out i take my rainbow and send it to every person i see so that they may have some light in there lifes some people are unable to see what we do or dont want to but we can all try to help by being posative there are many people out there that trying to change and work with the earth again you will see this change in 2012,love and light Apple.

Welcome, I am Merlin and I come to bring a message regarding the magick you all seem to have forgotten. The magic I speak of is alchemy, It is the magick of transformation, the magick of how tot take the heavy, leaden aspects of your lives and turn them into the pure gold of blissful joy and abundance.
You all have within you the gifts of magick that I speak of. You all have within you the ability to transmute negative into positive, just by the very thoughts and actions, words and deeds, you create. To create alchemical magick, one must work with the elements of the Earth and the Universe, Earth, Air, Fire and Water, bringing Heaven and Earth together in a fusion of Light and Love to create Beauty, to create Power, to create Change. Magick, true Magick.

The alchemy of magick is within you, each and every one of you, you are not separate from the elements, you are of the elements. Looking for the gold in a stone, or chalice or another being is futile. The gold is within you already, it already exists, and can be accessed whenever you choose, simply by working with the elements all around you and within you to create a transmutation of your being.
You create every moment of every day, whether with awareness or not, so I call to you to become aware so you can creatively create Love, Joy and Abundance.
It is time to remember your magical selves, the part of you that can shapeshift and travel the astral ethers across the eons of space and time, the part of you that can walk through shuttered doors, the part of you that can hear another’s voice when they do not utter a word from their lips.
You are all these things and more, and so the time has come to rekindle the magick within you, relight the fires of passions and emotions, breathe out the wisdom of your true self, ground yourself in the Earth energies and swim in the waters of the oceans of wisdom that is yours to reclaim.

You are of the elements, you are of the Earth and the Heavens, you are magical light beings and it is now that you must begin the alchemy within your lives.
To help you with this alchemical process, I ask that you surround yourselves with the Violet Flame of Love and Peace, as this will help to free you from the leaden states of negativity so many of you reside in at this time.

It is of vital importance that those of you that are receptive to the true magical process of alchemy, now step up and start to take action.
