- I have always wondered but never really looked into anything spiritual until now and I am a complete beginner and novice and hope this site will help broaden my mind.
About Me:
I have always thought of myself as liberal minded when it comes to religion but although Christened at birth I never felt any pull towards the bible and christianity. I attended a C of E school where I had numerous "discussions" with my religious teacher and was always in trouble because of my questioning ways.
I have however always been drawn to the spritual side of things. I believe in sprits and as a child was vistited by my grandmother who sadly died the month before I was born. I also have strong belief in past life, I have a strong belief that I previously died in one of the world wars after having a few flash backs and vivid dreams. I was also drawn to history throughout my schooling and inparticular WW2. I have had a few near death experiences in my life also which helps in my spritual belief.
I suffered from severe depression throughout my late teens and right until recently and still feel a lot of pressure in my life although there shouldn't really be any. I believe that there is something out there affecting me that convential thinking and means can not solve. I hope to eventually find the light to my darkness.

- Hi Gary I run the Open Arms Spiritual Haven in Grays, (If you click on the pink ad on the right it takes you to our main website). We are a modern spiritual and alternative centre, and in addition to a different medium every week and healing centre, we also offer a range of stalls, therapys, tarot and angel card readers, and pampering treatments every week for our visitors to enjoy. We charge only £3 entry, which includes unlimited refreshments, and the therapists, readers etc, work only for a donation of 50p - 1.00 - the idea is that we want people to have a chance to try things that they may not normally be able to afford ! All our profits go to two charities in Grays, MIND, and South Essex Rape and Incest Crisis Centre.
The Haven is a very welcoming, friendly, modern centre, and attracts a wide range of all different types of people ! We also offer workshops, evenings with high profile mediums, talks, and much more, once again all at a very inexpensive cost.
